The purchase contract is concluded by dispatching the goods to you.
The legal right of withdrawal is true for 14 days.
Exceptions from the right of withdrawal
You do not have the right of withdrawal if sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons were unsealed after delivery.
Instruction of withdrawal
You can cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reasons in written form (e.g. letter, e-mail or fax) or by returning the goods, unless you have acted in a commercial or independent professional activity (orders by entrepreneurs). The period begins with receipt of this notice or date of delivery. We ask for the dispatch of the withdrawal within the withdrawal period. The proof of the proper transmission of the cancellation to the seller, should be kept by the buyer and if necessary, it should be possible to prove this evidence.

Consequences of withdrawal
In case of an effective cancellation all received services shall be returned and benefits should be issued (e.g. for the use of the products).If you are able to return to us the goods received only in a deteriorated condition, you will be obliged to pay compensation. With the abandonment of things this doesn’t count, if it can be proven that the goods were in poor condition when you buy it.
End of instruction of withdrawal
In this case the company Taste & Beauty Manufaktur GmbH is entitled to deduct the debt from the purchase price.
The right of withdrawal applies to all end users in Europe.
We don’t deliver outside of the European Union.
Please pack the product crushproof and in the original product packaging. Protect the product by wrapping paper or cardboard.
